Nope and I say that as a Reveluv. BTS delivers universal messages in their songs that transcend language. No other Kpop act has been able to replicate that.

It' not a question of gatekeeping. What connection did Big Hit have that SM had not ? It's just ridiculous. BTS had the star power to become global as simple as that.

Even BTS didn't have connections at the beginning, it was just them and bighit which they built from the ground up.
Also, the reason people love BTS and BP is not because of the way their companies manage them(and that's def true for bp lol). It's cause of their music and bts and bp themselves.
And that's going to be impossible for any other artist to remake.

That's why i kinda cringe when people talk about the next BTS and next BP tbh. Not because i don't want another group to hit it just as big, genuinely wish the best for all of them, it's just REALLY that rare for groups to make it as big as these two have.

kkkkkkk tbh YGE brand helped them in the beginning, but now they are literally above YGE name with them being the only group relevant in that company and relevant enough to have a ww tour, being brand ambassadors and making connections with famous people. -
Not saying it didn't, it definitely did. They got the kickstart they needed for this to occur later on in their career. I'm just saying, this was hugely because of the girls themselves (the extend it went to) and not YG..if you ask me, i can't even tell you wtf YG was intending to do with them, ever.
