Well, BP's songs have been a disappointment for years. But I don't understand why does it matters if we have any kpop groups being popular in the west or not? I don't really care if they are popular and charting high, as long as we have kpop groups doing good enough to make new music I don't really care if the world loves them or not. Sure, it can be fun if your favorite group does well on the charts or get recgnition in the west but it's not important.

2NE1 was one of my favorite groups yes, but I have lot of favorites like T-ara, BP, Twice, Crayon Pop and more.

I have said it before, the early BP songs was good and fun, but after the first two years, big disappointment.

Was the hype somehow less? Maybe their last album had the novelty of being their *first* album? Plus big western collabs... we all know blinks like flash. Was this album less flashy?

And is it really about promo because they have some Spotify streaming deals and promotions. I don't think BP's performance promo matters because it's not like they perform a lot or something.
