Re-Which one is harder to achieve? 3 hits at once or 3 hit in 3 comebacks?

I think it's harder to get 3 hits at once. The only group capable of doing that before newjeans was BigBang. Even iu didn't have 3 hits simultaneously i think.

However, many top groups had 3 consecutive hit comebacks (bts, bp, twice, mamamoo, gfriend, red velvet and many other 1st and 2nd generation groups).

3 hits at once is tougher.

I guess it harder for the first one because getting a hit from a b-side is basically impossible.

I think it depends on the market. Getting 3 hits once on a heavily competitive chart is impressive as getting hits for 3 cbs on a competitive chart.

However getting hits on weak charts consistently although still good ,aren’t the same as former regardless of it being once or with a gap.

3 hits at once is rarely seen so I’m gonna say that’s harder

3 hits at once is not common, since rarely idols do promote b sides. And when they do its always just one.

But three consecutive BIG hits is hard too. There are sometimes groups who have a hit each comeback but not always a big one.

Depends on the definition of hits and how simultaneous it needs to be.

IU had 3 songs reach #1 from Palette, same album released with 2 weeks gaps each. And have good longevity, particularly TTN. All 3 PAKed

Whereas only Attention has hit #1 for NJ, and the releases were spread over a week?

I am sure IU will have other cases which are comparable to NJ. 3 songs in top 10 for 4-5 weeks from the same album.

However NJ might the only case to achieve such on their debut itself

I would say three hits at once but that would depend on a definition of a hit and the definition of "at once"

IU pretty much whole of her career..

3 hits at once is tougher for sure, since you kind of have to catch a lightning in a bottle to do something so rare.

The strongest digital powers in korea has no problem getting 3 hits in a row, even in 3rd gen where the grps are abit weaker digitally compared to other gens Blackpink Twice and BTS managed 3 consecutive hits in 3 consecutive comebacks on different circumstances.

3 hits at once however, is a total different beast

3 hits at once is much harder. Few groups try the multiple TT thing (atm can only think of AOA with bing bing and excuse me and EXO with monster and lucky one and for both one TT massively overshadowed the other). BTW I consider double TT's as songs from the same album released within a short period of time to each other. I'd say inside two weeks as any longer and its a pre-release. Also not counting repackages like Twices summer nights.

A couple have managed two at once (OMG with Dolphin and Nonstop), and others have mentioned IU and BB, just shows you need the GP in your pocket to have this.

If we’re considering Bigbang’s monthly release as ‘simultaneous’ then I think IU’s 3 songs from Palette(Through the Night, Can’t love you anymore, Palette, 2 week gap between each release) can be considered simultaneous as well.
