3 hits from 3 different comebacks (1 year+ interval) is more difficult, especially if it's actual hits. This is mainly due to the change and trends in the music industry climate.
3 hits at a time is difficult, but I believe it's easier achieved when the artist is also known; we see that in the American market —Drake, Doja, Dua, Olivier Rodrigo, etc. We rarely see that in Kpop due to the focused promo style on TT songs.
In the case of New Jeans, majority of kpop groups haven't released 3 promoted, with MVs, songs at once so it's rare in this scene.

Without defining what is a 'hit' and what is 'simultaneous' - this will keep going in circles.
But using NJ - who release songs over 10 day period, 3 of them getting into top #10, high ULs etc.
then the closest is IU - who released songs every 2 weeks leading to Palette, all 3 hit #1 and PAKed, have good longevity; She has other such cases like Blueming & Love Poem, about 15 days apart - but mostly they are 2 songs.
and then it is Bigbang, who released every month during MADE.
NJ is unique, because they did it in their debut itself.
Ive's hits in back to back comebacks, is less rare. IU, Bigbang, BTS, Twice, SISTAR many have that record.
Ive doing it in their debut - Twice did so as well.. very similar debuts.
