Sistar would be a better example as they come from the same company as Ive. Their career had hit after hit until disbandment. Main difference is that Ive actually have fandom, sales, international popularity and 4th gen's it girl.

I get that. Yes it's comparable, but at the same time it's tricky as T-ara wasn't able to recover from a stupid scandal. I'd rather compare them to Sistar on steroids.

Gfriend fell after Fingertip and never had the sales or international impact to be comparable to Ive.

I’m very happy that a non big 4 group is hitting it big. It gives hope to every other struggling idols and small labels.. BTS is the perfect inspiration for BG and now IVE for GG. Love it

I miss T-ARA with their concept

gfriend, sistar, mama moo, and so on. Also While they arent big 4, they do have IZONE members and while that doesn't guarantee success it does help.
