i agree. there are no rules. Everyone should decide on their own who and why to stan.
there is nothing wrong with being company stan or stan every 3 month a new group or whatever reason you have as long as it serve your entertainment.
And i think you wont get hardly critized here if you speak open about stan for their visiual for example. Nevertheless it more likely that those visusal, company, success, whatever stans get called out if they act like its about vocals, discography or performance when those hardly havend been seen at that time.(not talking about nmixx or newjeans but in general)

I mean it's completely okay to stan if the group has pre debut content whether it was music, performance, variety or whatever. But it's just from my obs those who was hyping lsm suddenly changed all their aesthetics to newjeans and its like completely forgotten lsm, it's just so funny lmao

There's nothing wrong with stanning whoever you want to stan for whatever reason you want to stan, and whenever you want to stan.
People can stan New Jeans or NMixx pre-debut because they trust and like whatever their companies have delivered in the past. They can stan because they are a fan of Min Hee Jin's previous works. They can stan because they like the visuals, or the music, or the personalities. They can stan because they have the potential to be the next big thing. They can stan because of lore or because they are the little brother/sister group of their faves.
People need to stop being so judgmental around everything and stop trying to gatekeep what other people like.
