There is absolutely zero chance we can't see at all there's nothing to expose. I have access to the backend and truly the plugin is made to not keep track of users, it doesn't keep record.
It's basically like going into a country without a passport, nobody can identify you with 100% certainty. Cause there's no record of your identity.
Users don't be so paranoid post your heart away.
Technologically dumb as a brick but: it keeps track of how many times the same person may post in the same thread, so how does that work while also keeping users anonymous?

can you imagine LOL there would be a mass blocking for some people
dms would be the most active they ever were with all the gossip
and the shady threads with the passive aggressive mentions of other users
and the screenshots being shared since the mods would inevitably shut it down

no idea if this is how it does it, but this is how I would build it:
Create a dummy user (you saw those random names), assign it an ID and save that ID on the user's PC with a cookie. Then whenever they post in that thread it reads the ID from the cookie, matches it with the dummy user created and you get the random name that was assigned to you.
So all the info is actually stored on your device and not the database.
