JYPE....
Division 1: 2PM, Stray Kids, self producing Idols
Division 3: TWICE, JYPark
Division 4 aka Studio J: Day6, Bernhard Park, (Studio X) Xdinary Heroes, (SQU4D) NMIXX
JYPE China: Boystory (with TENCENT)
JYPE Japan: NiziU, NiziU's Brother Group (with Sony Music Japan)
JYPE's LOUD Team will debut, not sure which Division
Each Division is Self Managing, while Division 4 is the place for Independent Singers so are managed differently from the other Divisions.
Each Division decides what their Artists will be doing, they are unaffected by the decisions of other Divisions although there is probably a Scheduling Agreement.
JYPE's Company within a Company is not replicated anywhere else although HYBE technically bought a similar system under HYBE Labels

What freedom are you speaking of? She has to have all her tracks approved by Cube and at times is forced to change parts of her songs.
Companies aren't going to restrict their idols from writing their own songs. It's a matter of whether the songs are good enough that the companies will choose to release them.

that's something quite normal everywhere in the music industry from the moment you sign a contract with a company. When you go to work you have to report to your boss, it's the same in a music company.

Unfortunately Yes. BIG3 company don't let their female idols produce or write their song. There are many female idols in these companies who have already complained about it.
Cube is not a good company for me, but on this point I think that they treat the female and male groups equally. Or at least in an almost similar way.

Well, I disagree. How are they going to stop an idol from taking the initiative to create their own song? A female idol doesn't need permission to think, write lyrics, and record. A company can certainly prevent the release of a song brought to them but not the act of creating a song. YG and JYP listen to outside songs all the time, I find it hard to believe they would flat out not listen to a song because it was written by a female idol. Soyeon especially had proven she could write great lyrics before debut while on UPR3. Blinks even give credit to the girls for contributing to their music production.

Considering gender inequality probably they all treat their female employees like shit
