Company that treats male and female groups equally?

Biggest money maker privilege is another thing. But did the company allow group to compose or write a song for example. Did they give same freedom to male and female idols ?

It's more like they give the group the same freedom in the creative process, they encourage both men and women to be involved in their songs.

Monsta X started out just with Jooheon and I.M writing their raps.. I don't believe they started contributing more in composition and production until their second or third year.
I'm not super familiar with WJSN, but it seems the same there with Exy writing raps since the beginning and then moving into composition along with other members contributing as they went along. (Exy has written lyrics for several Cravity songs as well.)
It also appears to be the case with Cravity as well with members starting out with rap making. Rei and Gaeul have also been able to write their own raps for a song.
The only thing Monsta X is doing that the others aren't is producing songs, but idk if that's a case of favorite or the others just aren't interested (not every songwriter is).

If a company like that were to exist, I don't think it'd be found in South Korea unfortunately
They don't exist or you don't know them ?
From what i know in RBW Mamamoo, ONEUS, ONEWE & Purple Kiss are allowed to do the same thing in the creative process i don't know the details of each contract but from what little I know it seems fair. They also support their artist when they faced controversies because of MV lgbt.
Cube also allow Soyeon to so much freedom, she'll never got this under YG or JYP.
There are positive things to say, we should mention them.

I just think it's hard in a sexist society for a company that markets idol groups to said society to not have some different standards for girls vs boys. But I see you are looking for examples on a smaller scale of females being given opportunities.

Is there such an unicorn anywhere on this planet? In any kind of field?

At first it was mainly thought of as a thread to discuss and promote companies trying to change things
