anticipate the incoming tweets about "mistreatment" and "X member vs wonyoung" :pepe-popcorn:

If Starship keep doing this sh#t, people won't stop talking about it. I mean, what so hard about giving them similar dress? or outfits that make them look bit more cohesive. It's not like they are poor or something, and pretty sure brands would be lining up to give them sponsored dress.

Straship please stop setting up my girls like this, they got enough hate already.

if a tree falls in a forest and nobody's around to hear it - does it make a sound?

if a Garam is scrubbed from all of LSFM's content - was she ever a member? lol

She was still there on all their previous contents. They deleted nothing, video, social media, even magazine after Garam left, just like Jinni.

Also, Jinni is just a mere speculation while Garam is a real hot potato.
Le Sserafim would still be vilified if they decided to include Garam in that documentary, they just can't win in that situation.

I forgot that she was Yuehua entertainment :check-bee:

my guess is that cause since she was a member of Iz*One the public supports her ( internationally of course) idk about Korean public, but she seems to be doing well so i do see your point

South Korean hate towards Japan is far worse compared to China, but they do still consume huge amounts of Japanese products, so I don't think Everglow flopped mainly because of the anti-China sentiment.

Yena is doing better domestically, and I never heard anything or anyone mentioning her company. Idk, maybe because people stopped caring about it since Tempest didn't hit with that kind of rumor either.

Movie theaters usually took around 50% of the profit from the ticket sales. And even if that 70% numbers are true, I don't think it's that outrageous since for the production companies, they basically produce it one time and selling them forever without spent a single penny. The movie theaters bear all the cost that come after.

And for the album, since most fans or bars bought the albums from outside of China and the album itself was "donated" a.k.a never shipped to China to get taxed, I don't think that something like dividing the profit with Chinese gov exist.

    Yeah.. Same old story.

WIZ*ONEs have always had to deal with these toxic delusional solo member stans. Sadly Sakura has a lot of them and they'll go on endlessly about how she is "mistreated" even though she's probably living her dream right now and clearly loving what she does - just look at her on stage.

OP wasn't even WIZ*ONE or even solo stan. OP is 100% hater.

Even dumbest solo stan won't think that being irrelevant influencer is a better career than being in a girl group from Hybe.

About the mistreatment thingy, it's someone like you who refuse to admit it who made the division within the fandom happen. We're not asking much, we don't need her to get 'Wonyoung treatment', just stop giving her the least in everything. We know the best about her skill set, giving her too much would instead give her too much pressure.

Le Sserafim is an opportunity for her to grow, both skill and recognition wise. We want her to shine more in her new endeavor, not fading as a background.

    1. That's a desperately naive take on the matter.

    2. Some former classmates have in fact come to defend Soojin. So do we keep pretending they don't exist or are we acknowledging that sometimes there is more than meets the eye?

    1. Of course I'm just over generalizing, but when you are 'clean', it would make it easier to disprove. Most recent example would be; Yunghyeong (ikon), Chu (Loona), Sohye (ioi), or even Soojin's bandmates Soyeon.

    2. Again, Soojin's record wasn't that 'clean' and another well known celebrity got involved, so Soojin don't fall on the 'Not true' categories.

Isn't it the route they took though? Denying it absolutely is what they're doing, so how are they handling it poorly following your logic?

Of course I disagree with your false equivalence "innocence = easy to prove".

No, Soojin admitted to some part of the accusation, so she fell on 'unsure' category. More so since another public figure has came forward, and to make it worse she was the ambassador of anti bullying.

There are many celebrities accused of so many things in the past, majority of them can get away with it. When you lead a good life, you or your company don't have to come forward to prove your innocence, many people will gladly do it for you.

I don’t know but it must take time for the court to come to a ruling and with all these parties involved they will surely try to disagree if the ruling isn’t that much in their favor even if Soojin is innocent. The reaction to SSA showed that the damage control (basically trying to let it drag so long that people get enough from it) failed. It has been a long time since I saw a post gain so many upvotes and that that long into a controversy.

The worst part is that even if soojin might be revealed to innocent, no one will believe her due to cube’s paradox handling of the controversy and the bullying by the fans.

That's what I meant by 'handling it poorly'.

They should just go with the basic :

    1. True = Meet with the victim(s), ask for forgiveness, announce will take a break and will come back as a better person, lay low while then 'accidentally caught' doing good deeds.

    2. Absolutely not true = Convincingly denying it since if you were clean, something like this would be easy to disprove.

    3. Unsure? = Go with the first options. If it was revealed that you were innocent, public will sympathize a lot and your career might reach a new height.

If Soojin leaves then Knetz will be happy and continue supporting the group. The only way Soojin could stay in (G)idle is when the lawsuit ends and and if she is found innocent and her the actress speak to each other and come to a resolution. If she's found guilty of everything Soojin has said she will leave herself.

Korean society is moving from one issue to another at very fast rate. Cube made a very bad mistake by dragging this problem for far too long. Majority of people already moved on from these mass "this celeb is a bully" issue to the "everything has to be historically accurate" issue.

So Soojin is unfortunately already been judged as guilty for majority of people. And even if Soojin is proven to be innocent in the next couple of days/weeks, it's already too late.

Under pressure to not say anything Actively promoting CCP's policy. High profile people only 'went missing' when they say something bad about CCP or their influence already too huge that it can threaten CCP position.

The likes of Jackson, Lay and Victoria already went beyond 'being pressured', they either believed what they are saying or actively trying to please CCP to gain more fame and money.

But in this particular case, I kind of understand why they have to do that (canceling the deal) because they would be the one who are going to get canceled, not just by CCP but also by the citizens if they didn't do so.

But she never said she was walking and heard her talking about her. Talking behind ones back can conclude to many things including hearing from someone else saying someone is talking behind your back. Best to see what Cube or Soojin says about this.

"The individual who spoke of me always mocked and cursed at me for 2 years with her 'group' on the way to school, during breaks in the hallways, in the cafeteria, everyday, everywhere, saying, 'She's not even pretty so how is she a celebrity?', 'Her fame is already a thing of the past', 'No wonder she's an outcast', 'I don't know why the teachers always treat her so specially', repeatedly harassing me verbally. Sure, it could just have been ignorant youth and jealousy, and they could have uttered those words without any second thought. But those words are still deeply ingrained in my heart as scars until today. The scars that accumulated back then have become a large bruise, and I eventually grew to fear people. Those fears then grew into trauma, changing me into an introvert and hindering my advancement into high school."

Talking loud enough for the "victim" to hear without talking directly to them can be considered as "talking behind my back".

I think what SSA meant by that is they are talking loudly about SSA when SSA passed by.

    Ex :
    Victim walk past..
Bully A : (talking loudly) Look at that ugly girl
Bully B : Yeah, she's so ugly that makes me wants to throw up..
Bully C : bla bla bla..
