For example:
"How can (insert idol name) be a bully when they act so cute?"
"They don't act like a bully to me."
"(insert idol name) is such a nice person, no way they can be a bully/predator."
The problem with using these excuses is that idols have to act like angels while on tv/onstage to attract stans. I think companies are to blame for this because they want their groups to maintain good images so that they can keep making money. Idols can be completely different people when they are off camera or off social media.
For the people who believe in this mentality of idols being always perfect, sit down and stop pushing the narrative of a parasocial relationship. Now with all of these whistleblowers, it's time that I say this.
Don't get me wrong. You can defend idols if you strongly believe they are innocent, but please make better excuses. Thank you.
