Do you put on facial mask before sleep everyday?

I honestly never bother with masks, but I do have a night routine, which is basically my morning routine minus sunscreen.
If I'm tired though, I'll do a shortened routine that includes my "essential" ingredients - niacinimide, ceramides + occlusive layer. Which is a fancy way of saying some type of liquid with the first two ingredients and a heavy moisturizer/sleeping pack because I have very dry skin.

No, if we're talking about sheet masks, they're a waste of product and bad for enviroment. So much goes to waste + also the whole packaging and sheet is such a waste, especially if you do it regularly.
The serums and ingredients that those masks contain, are purchasable on their own. I think it's better to have the serums and active ingredients seperately and apply to the face whatever you want/need. Not to mention most masks don't contain actives as ingredients, so they're mostly meant for moisturizing, which you can do with other products just as well.
I do a mask sometimes, for pampering, but not even once a month.
