Anyone who like mystery and true crime channels?

I love true crime stories

One channel i have been watching lately is Coffee House Crime

me! i love hailey elizabeth's channel

I used to be obsessed with them,but they essentially led me to those channels that covered straight up dark/deep web stuff and those awful cartel videos,at that point I felt like I should maybe stop and cleanse my soul a bit

Now I watch them periodically.

I do, I watch a lot of those, or listen while I do laundry etc. They're addictive.

Not exactly but sometimes channels I watch have that (I link some stuff, but that will only work out for people who understand German)

So there are those documentary type channels. One I often watch is from a TV-show in my country. They often do random documentations from lifehacks, foodhacks, foodtrends, travle guids, show you random things around the world,... and some of the documentations show you even stuff like lost places, talk about misteriously things that happend, etc. They have a quit big variety of different topics

If I look at the most viewed videos on their YT-channel than these are the top 10 most watched documentaries:

1. Weird facts about the human body (38 million views, posted 6 years ago)
2. 1 day after sex-change surgery (14 million viewd, posted 6 years ago)
3. The life of the talest teenager in the world ( 12 million views, 3 years ago)
4. The smallest bikini/swimsuit in the world (12 million views, 8 years ago)
5. the most expensive luxurious flight ticket in the world ( 10 million views, 7 years ago)
6. The largest Pitbull dog in the world (10 million viewd, 6 years ago)
7. Which method is the best to cheat in a class test (9.4 million, 4 years ago)
8. A dude who ate only Pizza for 25 years (9.3 million, 5 years ago)
9. How glamerous Turkish weddings are (8.8 million, 6 years ago)
10. A medicine for women to last longer while having sex (8.2 million, 7 years ago)

One of their more recent documentations was about a city in China that was build in less than 5 years. The documentation was a 2nd part to a documentation from 2017 about the "world's most lonly subway station" wich was build in the middle of nowhere in China. The 2nd part showed how crazy the entire surounding of this subway station had changed and that over 1 million people would live now around this place. The woman they showed was the same one who they interviewed 5 years before and she was very confused: "here was nothing 5 years ago and now I see all of this wich wasn't even here before. It feels like if this city had existed forever and it's weird"

They have as you see documentations based on literally everything

I also sometimes watch a beauty-channel from my country. The woman who runs it has a series, that she mostly only does during October but sometimes even in other months. In this series she tries to creat a spooky or very fantasy like makup look while telling you creepy stories from all around the world. During October she uploads each day of the week and on each sunday she even uploads a ghost-hunt during October where she visits many lost places in the country with some friends and a specialisted person who has experiences in finding ghosts and spirits

I also had a time where I saw a bunch videos of a channel who told you creepy stories, but that channel got weird during COVID since he menaged to get his subscriber so confused that he build a series out of it where he said "I asked my comunity and 92% think they get haunted by something and 81% say they only experience it since lockdown" etc. and he really mad that many of his subscriber wrote they get insane and stuff and some said they stop watching him since they think he manipulates you to think you get haunted by something 💀 This channel btw lives from videos like: "3 days ago some woman in Russia said she might saw aliens, shortly after in a town 50km away from her 2 teenager took pics of something purple in the night sky..." or "I searched for the most creepy myth of each single staate in Germany" and even stuff like: "These are the 10 weirdest misteries in themeparks around the world" ... and so on

Acording to the documentation the city is called Chongping

yes I listen to true crime and mystery podcasts, I don't have any specific favorite content creators, I just watch/listen to anything that seem intriguing

Yes. To The point I'm considering studying Laws to actually work with criminal cases in a not near future.

I love true crime stories! Especially books and there's a podcast I really like to listen to like that

I listen to true crime channels while working.

Some have a really relaxing way of telling these stories and when I'm the only one at the office it's nice to have someone talk in the background.

I quite enjoy Mr Ballen, Coffeehouse Crime, That Chapter and also Dr Todd Grande.

There's also Danielle Kirsty who tells True Crime stories while doing her makeup. I'm not normally into makeup but I like her voice and her makeup looks are always so pretty.
