Those don't count. They were only introductions to members.

Well Loona are a group where they haven't rlly been trained much in the company, so technically w proper training all of them have potential.
As of now, Heejin, Yves, Jinsoul, Kim Lip and Chuu are the ones who had some singing/dancing/idol training before joining BBC. They'd be on the top of the list, and are also Loona's stronger all-rounders.
There's also quite a few of them that are undertrained but have tremendous potential ie Hyunjin, Choerry, Haseul (vocals are good but struggles w diction)
There's also some who def probably need more training, like Vivi, Gowon & Yeojin [Yeojin needs to get into rapping, she's the only Loona member who suits it] I'm hesitant but I'd put Olivia here too. Her singing/rapping is quite weak even though everywhere else she's an A+.
I know idols like Sunmi get dragged for their vocals but Sunmi did have plenty of vocal training. It doesn't make her a top vocalist but she could always handle singing off the cuff. Hyuna with her rapping too always handled lives quite well.
But again, I am thinking from a traditional idol dance/vocal sense: say they release a ballad or indie track and then it's not as necessary. See Loona solos, they did handle promotions very well. Overall a solo release also depends on popularity MOST of all, plenty of people who can't sing or rap (and were much worse than any member of Loona) have released solos.
So technically all of them if they have the popularity. As if now? Successful solo careers would only happen to Heejin, Yves, and Chuu. Jinsoul then after. But their fanbase is growing.
