Nobody cares about the Grammys these days. Half of the viewers are probably armys.

Nobody really cares about award shows anymore despite how prestigious they are supposed to be. People complain about any reason why something sucks, whether is movies or music.

Well, what everyone said, and tbh, last year was a boring af year for western music.

Watched for BTS. Don’t watch Oscars or any other award show.

They should have slapped someone like Oscar

Drama like this could've given the Grammys a boost and they would've been the talk of the town for a bit.

That's what they deserve.

Award shows have lost a lot of relevance with the GP recently so no surprise.

Less than half the numbers? Damn, they were hit hard.

8 (almost 9 million) is still a hell of a lot of people. I'm surprised that many watched tbh.

There is really no need for watching Awards shows live these days. Most people really only watch to see the performances or maybe who won. You can watch the performance on YouTube, and you can check Twitter to see who won.

There is literally no reason to sit there and watch it for 2 or 3 hours. I suspect that the people who are still watching it are doing it more out of tradition or to support their faves. Television is dead, and awards shows are dying.

If they want people's attention, they need to revamp the structure. In the world where TikTok is King, a 3 hour awards show just ain't it.

Many prefer to watch live streams and wait for their faves and not watch the whole show. It’s such a long show.. TV execs should realise that younger generations have the attention span of a two year old.. should do shorter segments now with bright colours lol
