there are lots of NCTzens here to post their wins, so I will do Astro who were no longer rookies when they got their first win. They have more wins now, but they still do part switches for the encore and there's still a 85% chance Eunwoo or Jinjin will cry.

Renjun legendary voice crack (because he was crying). He still get tease until now by the Dreamies.

EXO - I couldn't find the first one..this one is close
The other NCT units have been covered, but NCT U didn't get its first win until 2020 (this was the first Music Show win for the WayV members and Shotaro). I loved it because the From Home unit, which was promoting at the same time, came out to sing and celebrate with them. 
It's not their first, but they wanted it so much - NCT 127 never won on Inkigayo and had 2 members that were MCs there so it was special to them. Plus Sungchan gave them the award (you can see him dancing with them).
The funniest thing is that they won on April 4th, 2019
And they have a song called 4419 they released pre debut
