I don't agree, second gen is the best actually. How can you beat groups like 2NE1, Girls Generation, TVXQ, Wonder Girls, SISTAR, SHINee. In my humble opinion, the groups today can't hold a candle to those groups and never will.

They're good of course, but there is a reasons why 3rd gen can beat 2nd gen records really fast, while their records are still unable to break by the 4th gen considering how kpop more famous now

Sorry but to majority of the newer kpop fans out there, the impact of 3rd gen is far larger. And i started listening to kpop since 2nd gen - and no, many of the songs did aged quite badly and appear cringey as you grow older. 3rd gen songs age much better

Eh. I respect your feelings on 2nd gen, but wouldn't go that far. You're willfully ignoring on an objective level, TwicePink's accomplishments and what they've done for K-Pop on a global scale. Twice and BP absolutely hold a candle and at the very least deserve to be talked about on a similar level as SNSD.

I did say in my humble opinion and the reason I said it is because I am a much older fan who got into K pop during the second gen era and as far as I am concerned were much more iconic and memorable and some had still had the longevity than a lot of current gen groups. Apart from BTS, again imo most third gen groups are mediocre.

I don't care about that as most third gen groups I am not interested in or have enough knowledge of anyway. BTS are the only group in that category I could really say has made the most impact.
