Chaewon fanbase sells better than wonyoung in Izone yet people always overlook her popularity. And both of them the most popular member in Japan and Sakura has China while Chaewon has Korea. Heo Yunjin is popular trainees too and already secure fanbase on her own. Not to mention they are from Hybe too like even Fromis sales increase 50% after the acquisition. Tbh, they might sells better than I've and challenge Aespa.

Isn't wonyoung same or a bit more popular than sakura in china?? at least her china bar is a bit bigger, not much tho

During IZ*One days Sakura was always #1 in Chinese sales and by a good margin. Wonyoung was #2 and Sakura basically sold double her amount (the gap between Wonyoung and #3 was pretty big too though). I don't know how it currently looks like now of course but we'll see.

I Imagine it could depend on fans too, from what I understand chinese fans tend to be more solo stans so some fans would prefer to only spend money on solo proyects and solo products to group stuff

If people are right about sakura and chaewon having big Chinese and Japanese fanbases then they should sell really big amount of albums, I'd say minimum 400k
