Could Yerin, Sowon and Yuju join Viviz?

I think they would have already if it was what they wanted. Probably they have other aspirations.

Why would they when they all wanted and chose solo careers?
I was thinking if and it's a big if they changed their minds later on.

Highly unlikely. Two of them clearly wanted to go into acting and other activities and one wanted a solo singer career while the remaining 3 wanted to stay in a group together. I'm not discounting the possibility that they might meet up in 10-20 years to release as song together for fans like some other groups did, but they wouldn't have chosen 4 different companies and four different careers if they wanted to all stay together. Everything else is wishful thinking.

I think Gfriend could reunite like Wanna One has, if only they could use her name.
Let's see Konnect and BPM collaborated already for Wanna One's comeback at MAMA, also Chancellor is close to MC Mong who is a director at BPM.
Sublime has allowed Youngjae and Hani to continue in GOT7 and EXID respectively.
IOK I don't know what he would think of sending Sowon, but I imagine he would have no problem, and in fact the PDs of Sublime and IOK are personal friends and often interact on Instagram.
The only problem is Source Music and Hybe claiming Gfriend's trademark.

Maybe for a onetime thing, but at this point I think they've all chosen their different career paths.
I think if they could've stayed at BigHit/Hybe as a group (while being able to dive into solo endeavours), they might've stayed as a group, but alas.
I find it especially disheartening because their last comeback MAGO was my most favorite song and MV by them and I was looking forward to many more like that

Only if they test positive for covid.

Speaking of the members, I would like to address the misinformation surrounding Sowon & Yerin. Many people (non-Buddies) thought that they've decided to choose a different career path and don't want to go back to the idol route. That's actually not the case.
IOK Company mostly known for their Actor/Actress management, but ever since Sowon joined, apparently the CEO have been asking her on "how to manage idol's schedule" (Sowon said it herself, I forgot where). Then, by December 2021, the girl-group Elris was transferred and become IOK's first idol group. After that, there has been updates on their website and Sowon is currently under two divisions: Actress, and also Singer, along with the members of Elris and B.I's iKON.
Sowon is also the most vocal one about "I'm still GFriend, GFriend's not over." thingy. Recently, she went on V-LIVE and show Buddies that she has logged in into GFriend's V-LIVE account. She said that the account belongs to the members, and that she's still a member, no one can take it (she probably already changed the password so Source Music can't use it. What a Queen!).
As for Yerin with Sublime Artist Agency, she signed under the Entertainer Division (alongside GOT7's Youngjae & Rain). So her projects are not limited to acting only. Which has been proven as she's currently doing literally everything, from dramas, to MC-ing, to appearing on variety shows, to participate in a collaboration with singers.
With that being said, looking at where they stand and their current company, I'll say it's possible for them to promote as a group with VIVIZ. The thing that might hold them back is that they can't use GFriend's name anymore (yes, f*ck Source Music!). So, if they decided to have a reunion, they will need to find a new name (which basically a "debut" just like VIVIZ) or make it a VIVIZ featuring Sowon, Yerin, & Yuju.

I think if they had all wanted to stay together they would have already joined.

Yuju was looking anorexic toward the end of GFriend - today she looks healthy and better than ever. I doubt she would want to go back to the stress of being in an idol group when her solo career is just starting.
I'm not seeing a lot of examples in K-Pop history of disbanded groups successfully reuniting.
