JYP actually has replicated Suzy. Ayaka in NIZIU. The sole reason she made it into the group was because she was praised as a Suzy lookalike and praised as being extremely beautiful.
Coincidentally, Mayuka and Riku in that group have been compared to Jeongyeon, and Akari from NIZI Project was compared to Jihyo.

Yes, she was not the best at those things, but it's not true that her visuals were the only reason she made it.
If she had not improved the way she had, she would not have made it. So therefore, the improvement in singing and dancing is what got her into the group, not the visuals.

I’m talking about his Korean girl groups . Ayaka is popular for her looks but the irony is that Japanese people didn’t think Suzy was a top visual, she never appeared on their visual lists throughout her reign . I was surprised to see the praise given to Ayaka. For his Korean girl groups , jyp doesn’t replicate , people were speculating that jyp was deliberately having maknae visuals but it’s not true , it was just coincidence, Suzy debut , Tzuyu debut and Yuna debut( these three people weren’t meant to debut or part of the original plan) it just happened. Yuna seems to be the last one of the maknae visual agenda since sullyooon is the visual and she’s in the unnie line

Disclaimer also, I did not want Ayaka in the final group, but have accepted her as a member of course. But my perspective is biased, so I don't think we'll agree on this.

Not exact replicas, but they have a type. People have also compared Ryujin to Jeongyeon.
