more like haters be hating the fact they can't let their hate known with a dislike
so the frustration leads to more hate comments as an alternative to express their hate

The songs that are often labeled as bad (i.e sticker, Next Level, Savage, etc.) have been made before the dislike removal lol. They aren't going anywhere.
The music will chart or sell well regardless... I think they care more about that than the YouTube dislike bar I'd imagine...

polarising music will never be predictable, every people know nct do polarising songs, and at every comeback they are surprise by the new type of sound that nct bring to the table

NCT went from Sticker one of the most polarising song to favorite who's a very generic song
Red velvet went from zimzalabim to psycho
in contrary of other agency in kpop who will always play safe and are predictable, SM you never know because they make their group try so many different style that you don't know if their next cb will be polarizing or they'll release a more safe songs

The term "Polarising" is used when the general reception is taken into account. It's not a type of music, because by reading your post it seems like you're implying that. It's like "Either you're gonna love it or hate it" there's no in-between.. That's what polarizing means, generally.
Also, No other company brings unexpected and unpredictable music like SM. Their Music is always top tier in the industry.
