Ideally all members should get pushed equally . But not all members will get the same amount of external offers. Regarding the music feature, since that’s within the companies control they could have given it to a member that has the best vocal ability I guess. But that being said I don’t know if the song is released or not at all, but it may also perhaps just be that his vocal tone suited the best
