Yes. Everything about whistle was magnific and different. It made BLACKPINK stood out!

ugh this is such hard choice, BBY is literally the introduction to BP and has summer party vibes so it was perfect to be released around summer, while Whistle is like the total opposite, has this dark fall vibes and feels like more of a comeback than a debut, but its production is so good that kinda also fits late summer/early fall.

i feel like both was perfect despite boombayah being not good lol it was just iconic in a way that they needed. whistle is one of their best songs and would've performed even better if it was their only single.

Boombayah, I liked it a lot better.

Has to be whistle because we know it was a bigger song at least in Korea.

Its also unique and different even now.

Whistle is my 3rd favorite Blackpink title track but this would be hard because Boombayah did very very well and I think that Blackpink would do the best with Boombayah. But based on personal preference, Whistle.

"Whistle" is the "wow level" song; just unexpectedly dope. If YGE execs blocked this song from coming out, I would have roasted them.

Nice! I don't like Boombayah that much...I think it's my 7th favorite. It's the chorus that subtracts from the song imo
