I'm not satisfied with this loona comeback

No taste

I agree with their sound being all over the place though. I thought they were going to go with a "dreamy" concept like Hi High and Butterfly, but then they did a 180 and released Why Not. I really did not like Why Not and So What but PTT has been my fav title track from them apart from Hi High. Their bsides are always good though

that's just your tastes. i thought DOMO was a terrible, plain song, while the rest of the album was top tier. PTT is great for a kpop song. Not groundbreaking, but still catchy :)

xx was 10/10 and 12:00 was a 2/10 if you exclude fall again, voice and universe. voice made 12:00 a solid 7/10.

imo ppt is loona's second worst title track behind why not, but loona tracks are superior in general

Their early stuff was so boring and generic though, like a thousand other GGs sing songs like Butterfly and Hi High. No one but Loona can pull off Why Not, Star and PTT.

omg I also immediately thought of Everglow, especially since the chorus. I thought I was crazy.

I prefer this a lot to so what and why not tho so there’s that lol. The song is better than both those 2 (the only exception is so what’s bridge) and i also prefer the styling here so no complaint from me

Yep, generic isnt in Loona's vocabulary anymore. If you want the same boring RnB riffs, the same boring hip hop high hat and synth percussion, then Loona's not for you. Loona goes for inventiveness and uniqueness.

I was a bit disappointed with the title track but knowing LOONA and their discography I bet there's some good stuff in the album. I have to listen to it asap.

Their earlier stuff are gold though. I sometimes stream their predebut albums in loop and I'm not even orbit.

The only complaon we have are the line distribution but the comeback as a whole is a god damn masterpiece

I think the girls are quite comfortable and happy doing these type of music, which is pretty much in line with their whole msg and concept. And I believe they will continue to do so.

Hi High was cutesy hyper pop, Butterfly was elegant Dreampop, and So What was girlcrush experimental, but then they just kept didn't change their concept from So What with Why Not and now PTT

i really don't get the comparison beteween SW WN and PTT. These are totally different songs with different concepts and genre to me. like you don't think that PTT and why not sound alike... right?

i don't think the songs sound that similar, more so the darker concept is similar, which it's fine for them to have, I personally would like to see them switch it up.

I don't mind about criticism against loona, they're not but perfect by any mean, but at least can y'all do it right? im tired about the "so what and why not are the same song and they're generic" narrative, because it's not true, and it's annoying. same goes for the "i miss loona's old music". it's dumb because loona's concept was always about exploring different genres from the beginning.

i completely agree. i really they kept their butterfly and hi high sound, it was amazing and so unique. this one truly reminded me of everglow, and everglow is way better

An izone type song will be great for them. i like So what and Why not more than PTT. So what is very clean and catchy PTT chorus is like kard's gunshot.

I was disappointed as well, the chorus was really basic.

All the girls looked incredible in the MV tho.

Really wish Gowon & Vivi got more screentime & lines, it's like they weren't even in there.

When I heard PTT this morning I was disappointed. I had high expectations because Youha participated on the track and she's incredible. However, unlike other times, the album as a whole also fell short for me. That usually never happens for me with their b-sides. The only song on the album that I truly like is Dance On My Own. I'm going to listen to the album throughout the week and I hope it grows on me but I'm not feeling optimistic.
