There are so many good possibilities. I'd gladly welcome Ten x Taeyong again, but if I were in charge of choosing members for a mini sub-unit for an imaginary 2022 project or just a gift to the fandom, I think my choices would be:

Taeil x Taeyong (sexy RnB concept)

YangYang x Mark x Haechan (something in the likes of Misfit)

Jaehyun x Doyoung x Taeyong (something on the pop/EDM side, like Music Dance or Make a Wish)
