both, i need my espresso after lunch, and i need my teas too, specially now on winter times

Coffee makes me palpitate ever since I was a kid so I never drink it that much.

As much as I love coffee, it triggers palpitations and anxiety in me, so unfortunately I can't drink coffee much.

I love tea as well. Both are great for different occasions.

Black tea is everywhere in my country, we have a tea fever. When you get too much of something it becomes bleh, hence I switched to be a coffee enthusiast 4 or 5 years ago after a lifetime.
