After the pandemic, I became extremely lazy and stopped exercising.
This is the way I exercise now.
What about you guys?

i think i walk for a total of < 1 minute daily, without exaggeration. other than that i'm sitting or sleeping.
now that i think about it, it's a mild problem
I usually try to
But the pandemic and classes have been making it difficult
I couldn't go to the gym to lift but I always have my jump rope. It's portable, light, single equipment. And it targets every muscle + satisfies my cardio requirement. Still missing the leg press alongside all the juiceheads at the gym, but yk.
I do but no gym
Yeah, I exercise for about 30 min most days.
I usually hike but winter and covid have made that a bit difficult. Maybe tomorrow I can do a somewhat intense hike again
Yes I play a lot of Dance Video Games and I try to walk a lot so I can get in shape.
Exercise What's that
Never, whenever i try to get into it i give up after 2 days or smthing lmao
The only exercise i get is walking around my house and running up & down the stairs
When i have the energy and time i do jump ropes. Usually between 1500-2000 jumps

Wow. That's a lot of jumps!

Yeah but it isn’t as hard as it sounds tbh
Lifting weights twice a week for about 1-2 hours a day. I also walk a total of 30 mins a day going and coming back from work.
2-3 hr. walk, 4 - 5 days a week. That's it. Been doing that for 14 years now. Also help me clear my mind.
Yes, everyday
No. On my feet all day, then driving around here and there.
By the time I get home, already ready to hit the bed.
Yeah my parents make us exercise. Sometimes we go to the gym, sometimes we just take a walk, run, or ride bikes around the neighborhood or park
Daily. Used to go to the gym 5 days a wk but put froze the acct due to covid. Now I do daily walks for about an hr or 2 and weights.
Lol.. Nope... I should but I don't... Maybe at 40...
I do Yoga and HIIT workout from Emi Wong's Youtube playlist.
Before the pandemic I used to lift weights T___T I don't have the equipment anymore so r.i.p
yes, working hard to be able to eat what i want to!

With or without pandemic i always exercise like the second guy
Just walking in a fast pace (~10K steps) if it counts. And some stretching or yoga. Gyms are boring. I was a rhythmic gymnast when I was younger, but I had to quit due to injury.
unfortunately yes...
Yes, I walk daily about 4km and do a daily workout on my stationary bike about 10km. I also do weight training as well as eat right.
Yap 2days In a weak yes am lazy
Yeah, it’s an important thing in my life
I have basically played basketball every Saturday afternoon for 3-5 hours for the last 20 years or so...(save for extingencies) and try to get on the treadmill 1hr per day if I'm working from home.
No. Every summer I try to take up running which I usually manage to motivate myself into doing maybe twice at best before I give up. I go for a lot of walks and occasional nature hikes when it’s warm out but don’t really see that as exercising, just moving, I don’t work up a pulse or anything like that after all. Extremely out of shape right now.
I have to do some cardio for school (although since covid I could lie and just say I did it, but that makes me feel lazy) and then if I have the time I do Chloe Ting because I want to get abs (but I can't diet because my parents think I'll die for some reason.)
I play basketball so I kinda have to exercise in order to keep lean and stay fit but exercise ain’t my favorite thing to do, sometimes I skip exercise cuz I wanna gain weight and I hate looking like a twig (I’m 5’11 and only like 40kg) and I’m flat as heck, but I have to exercise so I don’t get in trouble by my coach
i do ballet 3-4 times a week, each class 1hr to 1hr and 15mins. We mostly prep for ballet exams (barre, pointe, centre exercises, etc..) and the intensity isn’t that of a professional dancer. I do a contemporary class once a week (1hr) and for the past 10 years i’ve been doing an hour of jazz a week (i quit recently tho, when the class got too big). I also go to the gym for cardio and strengthening 2-3 times a week. I do yoga for an hour every thursday as well during summer.
When winter sport season starts, i do netball, which includes training (that’s roughly 2-3 hours a week) and playing games on Saturday (1hr). Sometimes i’ll play for another team on top of mine to it’ll be 2hrs of playing time!
I actually do I at least try to get 30 mins of exercise a day honestly i started exercising in the pandemic
Yes. Zumba 3 times per week and HIIT 3 times per week
