I've never believed in Santa Claus, cuz I'm a realistic peraon since I born.
I'm not sure how that's possible though

I woke up the night before Christmas, and saw my parents wrapping up last minute gifts and putting candy in the stockings.

Idr. I think I never believed since it was my parents that gave me my gift.
-
I read some random story and it said Santa wasn't real and I read it around 6 or 7
I think I stopped believing in the Santa Tracker around 9 or 10, because my brother (I think) told me twice that it's just something made up for little kids to be tracking

I've always known he was a character.

lol me reviving this thread.
Let's go back to India from 2008-2015
Coming from a Hindu family, I never believed in Santa Claus, we still put up Christmas trees, lights etc(we aren't one of those super conservative you can only celebrate Hindu holidays ones,[I'm from Kerala]).
But I never got presents, I knew about Santa Claus since people would dress up as him and come to our houses dancing and we gave them money(a common thing where I live) but I also knew that he wasn't real, I never once believed in him.
If anything, Christmas was more Jesus related to me, I remember when I was young I asked my mom why we had the trees and lights and she told me it's because Jesus was born today.
I found out about the whole present thing when I came to America and that people genuinely believed Santa was giving them the presents(i knew it was cap cus I never believed in the dude once).
Even after finding out kids got presents on Christmas, I never asked for one from my parents. My first Christmas present was some boring book(sorry) that my aunt gave me when we visited after we came to the US.
The first Christmas present I asked for/got from my parents was Blackpink's Square Up Album last year.
