I mean if she's comfortable and secure enough in both herself and her relationship then that's fine. It's their relationship and her choice. I do hope that if her husband is sleeping with other women that he's at least making them aware that he's married (or in a relationship. idk who these people are so idk if they're married or dating).
I personally don't like cheating, but I agree with her sentiment that it's something that can be worked through if both partners are willing to do so. Nothing happens in a vacuum so if both parties want to try to work out the problems in the relationship that lead to the affair then more power to them.

The worst part about cheating are the trust issues, so this would be nothing for me. In a relationship both partners will experience things worse than cheating and these situation need 100% trust. If my partner can’t openly admit that there is something missing in our relationship, I don’t think our relationship can overcome situations like this. There is a difference between talking about the negative aspects of a relationship and finding a solution (maybe opening the relationship) than just ignoring the underlying problems. If you suspect that your partner is cheating and you are okay with that, you could just open your relationship at this point in my opinion

All men don't cheat, that's a funny statement. A lot of them do, a lot of women also do. I don't know what kind of men you're associated with, but i don't bother with disrespecful men or women.
Personally, i don't care if the man was a millionaire or the most handsome guy on the world. I don't need millions. If he's a douchebag, he's not attractive to me at all and i don't see 'his handsomeness'. I fall for good people, humble, but smart and respectful to me and to others. If someone would cheat on me, i wouldn't stay with them, no matter what. But that's just me and how i want my relationship to be.
