    Maybe I'm not the best person to answer, but I believe it's something like this:

    1. They probably are dating, or at least were.

    2. Because she was at the same building as Jimin, and because they were frequently in proximity (and, lbr, because Korean fans actually know more than we do), she was getting harassed by fans. They were calling her a psycho stalker or something.

    3. She sent messages out warning them to stfu and leave her alone, because she has the power to expose shit that they don't want to have exposed. I guess they kept baiting her.

    4. And so, she released video, and pictures, of Jimin, that prove at the very least, that they were very close.

    5. His fans have now spun this as almost a kind of revenge porn thing, and have escalated their attacks on her. The media are also attacking her, which is suspicious.



    edit: I just want to say, it is interesting how this whole saga is basically absent from k-pop reddit. Like, no mention on any of the subs. And yet, you can find it in general celebrity gossip sub fauxmoi. Weird, isn't it?
