The reporter has written many negative articles on Kim Saeron she might not be objective as he thinks. Again no one said Wonbin was involved. With the greatest of respect no one has idea what is approved or what isn't you are making that up. The irony of saying saying your taking that journalist or Youtubers every word when in that very post your doing the same with Kang Kyung Yoon (the SBS reporter) and Lee Jinho.

I've seen people bring the Wonbin company replies to this like it proves the family as liers well I've read both side. The informant's wife didn't say they husband met Wonbin. Media got this wrong. The informant's wife said she's thankful for Wonbin. She saw what he did, that he came quietly and paid his respect, referring to him attending Kim Sae Ron's funeral. Won Bin's agency did the right thing to put a stop of media misinterpretation. They also knew what she meant.

No denying they're impressive stats. If these stats look this good next week then that's even better. I'm gonna hold of an opinion on how well it does. When something like this goes viral everyone checks it out, I hate it but I've gone to listen to it to see what it was or if my opinion changes.

Also the spotify ads and promo will inflating the stats, before you shout at me I know every kpop company does this including my favs. Its an issue in kpop in general amazing 2 weeks then drops of a cliff when the promo stops.

Yeah do research. If your gonna give an opinion on a case then do that. If more people did that this would be far easier. It's why Yama gets so angry with replying to many who just jump in uneducated, how many times do you get people don't doing research and get rightly shouted at. Yeah it is up to the court but the law is set up in a way to not help people and favour big companies. I could through hundreds of cases. You can present the evidence however you want but the law is so bias against one side you have to challenge it not stop and go well the law books say this so except it. We have a family friends business in Itaewon end because of the tragedy a few years (thankfully nobody in her family got hurt). They presented all the facts and evidence, but they will lose. You can have the best lawyer present factual evidence/information in the best way with excellent witnesses but court will not side with her but its set up that way.

Look at the SLAP technique used from big companies against individuals with less resources is illegal. Hybe have hit MHJ with I think 10 different lawsuits. This should not be allowed but because the law is set to basically say well you can change the wording like yes you own Source/Ador/Belift but you don't control them so you can have each one file a lawsuit because you can. So the judge can say sure we'll let that pass. That is the law siding with the big companies. That then sets up the law to work against NJZ. For example Hanni's visa info being leaked, according to the judge Ador did enough because they asked who leaked it without finding who did it. Hybe found Jins passport leaker within minutes you telling me they couldn't find Hanni's leak? I don't think so but because "Hybe don't control Ador" they get a free pass. Hybe own Ador, they employed the new board and the new CEO but the court, law and judge say well yeah they own but Hybe don't control Ador. It's ridiculous. Sorry I know Im repeating so many things hard to do on a phone.

I don't think the law is as good as it can be. For me it's not "if" the law is the problem it is a problem.

The alternative? Do your own research? It what I do if im uneducated. You might say most normal people won't do that, well then ignore the case. This isn't a criminal case with a jury. In these type of cases the law, the contracts, the system and the media is stacked in favor of the big companies.

do we accept the decisions of the legal system? Everyone has to accept it doesn't mean we can't disagree with reasonable arguments. I'll give you an example an extreme one but still, I remember that case when a victim was I don't how to word with as they're banned but sexually assaulted/ra**d and the victim got sued by the person who did it and he won because the law is set up like that. I remember being so disgusted by Naver comments, the law did not protect the victim here and people bought into it. I remember my mum just looking at the headline and thinking clearly the victim did something because why would a judge and the law do that. That's just how Koreans I say this as one of a certain age think. So yeah back my first answer do research understand that sometimes the law won't help you.

But Navar did a right job on NJZ reporting on it like they attacked Korea but in the interview they went after the system not Korea. The day after the interview Koreans like my sister seemed pissed at why they'd say this. I explained to my sister they they actually said in the interview not the interview through Navar and her perspective changed instantly. Naver made them look like petty children attacking Korea and not getting what they want. Which is obviously was not what they said. I hope once this is over NJZ go back to this and go after Naver cause the reporting on that interview was outrageous.

Once we get in the actually MHJ case and the main contract case I think you'll it swing right back.

First off he cry a lot, he will also apologize to his fans and appeal to everyone's emotions and sympathy. He will 100% play the sympathy card.
