This is not too surprising as China loves Shuhua and Yuqi a LOT

The last time I legitimately remember when I heard kpop song was in 2021, when I heard Dynamite by BTS on car radio.
I have heard many kpop songs in public since then, but I can’t remember it now
Tho I heard supernova 2 months ago on my friend’s phone even though he knows nothing about kpop. So if it counts for Public then this will be it😅

APT is still being piped through store and mall music systems in Australia. I DEFINITELY heard that last weekend in Sydney a few times
But certain areas of Sydney are very Asian pop culture influenced so I did hear a few other kpop songs playing in various restaurants and shops I was at.
And kpop adajacent of course... I heard a whole bunch of XG songs in public last Friday
