  • I hope she can rest in peace. She was an angel.

  • omg this story hurts so much. I know she messed up, but it always felt unfair how social media and the media were acting towards her. We've had men do things much worse than her and never faced the type of scrutiny she had to deal with.

She was too young :( RIP

  • Korea needs to start looking at mandatory minimum jail sentences for online wreckers like Lee JinHo, who make a career out of scandalising and continually harassing Korean celebrities long, long past the point of what is normal.

Throw that prick in prison under a manslaughter charge or equivalent.

Make an example out of him.

(personally, because I'm a vindictive type, I would honestly order his own long, permanent farewell. But some might think thats excessive)

  • You would think they would have started issuing 5 years of jail time like in Japan if people repeatedly slander people. But Korea is somehow also the country where a woman who killed her celeb boyfriend in the 90s can sue his family and fans for wanting to start a documentary about the case after she escaped jail time when her dad talked to the judge when they appealed... and people discovered she was an chaebol...... she can sue his family and those helping with the documentary about the incident for slander... and win... :bc-ashamed::lk-bored: I do not understand how there are such wicked double standards.

  • She had a hard life even prior to the DUI incident. Instead of giving her support and empathy while also holding her accountable for what she did, people only criticized without considering what she was going through.

Understandably, people are going to focus on the DUI case and the backlash she received, but I also think we should address the elephant in the room. She had a rough life before that and it affected her, likely leading to the DUI.

Mental health issues don't always come in a neat, nice, cutesy package. Sometimes they present themselves in an unpleasant manner. People don't like to acknowledge this, but it's important. They might talk about the importance of mental health advocacy, but when it comes time to offer support to someone who is exhibiting the unpleasant side of mental illness, they're nowhere to be found.

  • Only thing I seen her in was The Man From Nowhere. She was so adorable.

It's heartbreaking. I've been going through some of old YouTube clips of her when she was small. Just a cute little girl. With such a bright future ended too soon. It's so sad. I wish her and others who go too soon didn't feel like it was hopeless. They have so much to offer the world. It's brighter with them in it but they don't know it.

Won Bins reaction to her was sweet. I bet he cared for her as much as his character in the movie did.
