Hydor is definitely going to sue and the trial will reveal to the public a lot of material that incriminates them because they are specialists in setting themselves up.
-
Obviously they'll do, they are the first kpop company that their ex artists have 0 consideration for them and just gets out after months of their own incompetence reaching such a low level.
I'll be surprised if they do a good job in court, but with the leaked docs it's really pointless. Everybody saw how they hate NJs.

they do seem very bold in handling all this, it's quite shocking

They are throwing lawsuits like Leonardo Di caprio, obviously they will sue the girls and i won't be surprised if they make other people/labels to join.

The members of NewJeans are still very young girls, just starting out, so they really needed to handle this situation carefully and thoughtfully. As much as I support NJ and believe they're in the right, I can’t help but think, I hope everything was well-planned.
Now, to answer the question, yes, I do think there will be a legal process. However, I really hope they haven’t jeopardized themselves by taking on such a powerful and influential company. I just hope they foresaw these challenges and prepared accordingly.
To me, it seems like this whole situation—lawsuits and all—could harm NewJeans' ongoing popularity and image. Honestly, I’m really curious about how this will unfold. If NewJeans manages to overcome this successfully, it’ll be a historic moment because going up against such a massive and powerful company and winning is no small feat.

Well if they don't do it's basically like to recognize NJ's arguments, they'd be recognizing they mistreated the girls, they'd go against Ador's own statements saying they tried to solve the issues with Hybe... A company can't do that.
Ofc NJ are in the right but from the company point of view they're probably going to try to find some ambiguous situation where it can't be proven they were mistreating them to try to at least not end up being seen like completely losers in this war. I still think it's not going to be enough since NJ have more than enough arguments, but Hybe needs to make it seem less bad than it is. They've been flopping so much that it wouldn't surprise me they make the situation even worse somehow though.
