No post-military group has a year as exceptional as Day6

Like I'm happy a nugu isn't a nugu anymore, but what happened? What was the "start" point for their successful year? Did they go viral?

But yes, they are easily the top artist alongside Aespa and Rosé this year in SK with them actually leading bc of how many songs they got in the top 10. It's extremely impressive as bgs are flops in this gen. Good music will always win for sure.

Even with aespa + Jennie + Rose + GD comeback, those powerhouses are unable to knock Day6 out of the Top 10 as they still have 2 song in the top 5, and 5 songs in the Top 10.

At one point of the time Day6 has 4 out of the 5 songs in the Top 5 belonging to Day6. And the songs are from different era, with YWB from 2017, TOOL from 2019, WTTS & Happy from March 2024, Melt Down recently few weeks back.

Payola Twist don't have the level of longevity as Day6 does despite having the most points for a BG.

• NMIXX cover of Happy went viral and it shot up as well. As such, Day6 at one point had 4 songs in Melon Top 5

Even right now they are still charting well. And the songs don't seem to be dying.

Yeah, like im sure fans may have some complains towards Jype, but it's nice seeing how the company also helped them to keep the group and they saw this support from the company and fans and just stayed there, making their music, pursuing their dreams. It's nice tbh, specially that they are a band, idk, to me feels more "magic" ✨ kkkk it's the vibes, bands are nice.

It's impressive their will to make the band happens!! Seeing how they always worked/work hard to make music is refreshing that they succeed. They deserve it!
