What Hanni accomplish going to that Assembly?

Did they decide already?
I forgot to check

What did nmixx accomplish by debuting?

It is like MHJ winning the first injunction. Winning or losing an injunction doesn't mean the end to the battle. The main lawsuit hasn't even started yet.
As for Hanni, she stood up for herself, and now Hybe knows not to mess around with her. It publicized the bias that Hybe had against NJs, and it brought a magnifying glass onto Hybe. It brought Hybe's shady practices into the sunlight.
It is why Hybe has been walking on eggshells around NJs, because they know they are on thin ice. That's leverage.

Hanni played a important part to solidify the public opinion about the case, which favors the group and MHJ on the long run. Someday this will be over and the GP will be waiting to see what comes from NewJeans next.
And also, any action has an impact. It might not be as big as we were hoping for, but it definitely had an impact. NJ nor MHJ settled for inertia and that’s a beautiful thing.
Hanni made a political impact and all their noise and fight is moving the industry even if it’s “small”, which I don’t believe it is at all. NJ will be remembered by the group that didn’t stand still and actually did something and it might inspire other groups to do the same. It’s a empowering movement, they are not helpless against chair men.
I’m honestly really proud of the girls, Nj will always be relevant.

I'm pretty sure JYP is immune to embarassment.

A lawsuit? What will be the motive?
Btw, good for Hanni. But being a NATIONAL Assembly, something change about the bullying in the workplace in a more large scale?

Well let's see:
Hybe's burn book got exposed to the public
Their chart manipulation got exposed
Them overworking employees to death got exposed
Their blatant ill-will towards NewJeans from the very beginning was exposed
Everyone in the industry has come down against them
Tokkis are currently trying to get their tax-audit free status revoked
And most importantly, she stood up for herself
Hanni didnt even go to the audit for MHJ, that had nothing to do with it

Nowadays everything is about 'perception' and not actual policy/substance.
Hanni's attendance at the hearing, affected perception about HYBE significantly.
But the impact will not be directly or immediately known, since these things need to accumulate to an inflection point.
As to MHJ's injunction, the wheels of law turn extremely slow. I won't be surprised if the case drags on appeal over appeal, and NJ's contract will be done, rendering a lot of things irrelevant.
Of course the lawyers will be the only winners.

The lawsuit will be whether the termination of shareholder's agreement was legal. If not, what damages will MHJ be able to claim from Hybe. Her being the CEO is out the window unless Hybe changes their mind on their policy.
- You should think about it as each side trying to gain leverage instead of winning. MHJ has the nuclear option in her back pocket, which is NJs pushing the contract termination. However, she has been signaling that her intention isn't to leave with NJs.
- Hybe knows this, and they have been signaling that MHJ can stay as the producer, and they are open to negotiating the terms. So far, they conceded on her role as internal director, and they said in court that she can be NJ's producer with CEO-like power. She just can't occupy the actual seat.
- If it is determined the shareholder's agreement is not legally terminated, MHJ now has her put options, damages from contract termination and NJs on her side. She can pretty much run the table on how her producer's contract is structured/how much power she has in Ador.
- Remember the put options have 13 times multiple on the revenue that NJs brought in for the past 2 years. If her lawyers get creative and say NJs would have had a world tour + album dropped, that loss of revenue would have been part of her put options pay out. The damages has the potential to be quite lucrative.
As for the NA, it wasn't really about bullying. It was about the status of idols in the entertainment industry. Idols have murky legal standing, and it is about advancing the Kpop industry as a whole. It is a small piece of the puzzle, and hopefully, this will allow changes to the laws in the near future to give more protection to idols.

The lawyers being the only winners is true, They will get paid millions.

perception + influence + publicity
it's pretty clear that NJ do not want to remain at Hybe
it's pretty clear Hybe do not want MHJ back
the battles far from over - I keep saying NJ's livestream and their subsequent conduct is laying the groundworks for a mistreatment claim in order to get out of their contracts (for cheaper than otherwise)

Didn't the National Assembly invite her? It was their idea to hold that meeting in the first place, not hers, NewJeans', or MHJ's.
She just accepted the invitation and attended. If she declined, people would say she's not serious about her words during the "emergency broadcast." I wouldn't fault her for declining, but I know a lot of people would.
It was the media that decided to report about this and turn it into a whole show.

The NA audit of Bang Sihyuk, with Kim Taeho as a replacement for him would've never happened if it not for Hanni's attending first. They were hesistant to even summon Kim Jooyoung, but after Hanni announced that she will go there herself, the NA made their decision and this led to the whole snowball effect as we can see now.
