Its like very insane to me that people are like “oh why is anyone talking about his weight?!”

Uh because this earth?! Literally every fat person is hated no matter what. Youve never been fat obviously but EVERY fat person hears this.

I’m a skinny person and when I lost 25 pounds to become muscular everyone even told me i look better skinnier.

The whole world is fatphobic, and hes part of the reason because he perpetuates the notion that boys and girls SHOULD look that way. Their IDOL looks that way because he and his colleagues make them step on a scale and scream their weight to a room full of people who are trained to shame them for gaining even the slightest amount.

Half of me as an ex fat person feels for him, but the other half hopes that the comments go to his head like they do for everyone else that he gives an eating disorder to.

Edit: i’m skinny now and in recent years but in my early twenties i weighed ~240 pounds and the world was quite a hateful place

You don't need billions of dollars to take care of your appearance. What's so hard about going to the gym or working out at home? Why eat fatty foods when you can eat healthy foods?

Well, good for him. I still don't like the guy but I guess now people have to focus on his bad traits instead of fat-shaming. (I do not like the fat-shaming going around. Too much fat is not healthy and should not be appreciated but it's annoying that people talk about his weight this much. Let his family and friends worry about it, not a bunch of kpop fans.)

Now that he lost weight it's so clear how part of the hate comments towards him were purely just fatphobic and nothing else. I mean it was clear since the beginning, but it's crazy how normalized it was when there's fat people everywhere and it shouldn't be used as an insult even though it is on a daily basis.

Bang is going to gain so many fans, MHJ be jealous. Both cringy though.
