In his rap parts It felt like a completely different person singing!
In singing parts I’m hearing G-Dragon
And in other part there is heavy autotune
If it played on Spotify I wouldn’t even know that it was YJs song!

I certainly hope you're a woman for saying something that shameless??! Kpop stans accusing of misogyny for not liking a song is every kind of random. I didn't vote for MEOVV but the chorus isn't great, that's all it is. It's not a women or ggs thing.
I'll be honest I WAS worried about not liking the chorus here because the tiktok extract was very much drop - instrumental like which is not my favorite thing (for male or female idols alike). And yes there's computer modified voice especially on the chorus but imo that added something and made it easier to chew on (pun intended).
I hate Hybe's autotune but here it's clearly stylistic?! It's not the one they put that tend to smooth too much and is quite annoying.
To end it here, you're free to dislike it in peace instead of pretending I am (i'm the one that first voted if you didn't know) or any other people liking it are misogynistic. Kpop stans can and are often misogynistic but don't weaponize it for such a dumb ass reason.

I get that you're lost but I don't think he deserves "better than this". He was involved in the making from lyrics to choreo and details. It's very different from the txt releases so I do understand it's not your thing tho! 
As said above, it contains a thing I'm not usually keen on (drop instrumental heavy chorus) but (aside of being biased I don't deny it) I find it very addictive and the autotune feels useful instead of off putting. YJ is both a good singer and rapper so it really not used to hide any flaws but for the song itself.
Other flaws I found:
- too short, tiktok lengths are killing meeeeeeee
- no bridge, let us have a bridge bh I swear

I listen to many different artists in kpop and solo stuff is always different than group stuff, but chorus as you said is too empty, and too repetitive!

yes it's a bit weird.. Perhaps it's because of the figurine still in production? Idk. For now we don't know if txt is early, mid or late November but yeah it's very close...

Well... I think the song is okay.
I like the verses but the chorus is ............... the autotune and chipmunk vocals only work occasionally in songs and they have to fit the whole aura of the song, they kinda feel out of place here. I will say I love heavy use of xylophones in the beat.
Edit: he is literally my bias in TXT so I am already partial to trying to like it but I still cannot deny the obvious pitfalls in the production of the song

as the resident fake moa...he looked good in the mv but it was interesting. It wasn't too terrible but it wasn't that great. I gave it a blop.
There were some moments where I almost liked the song but it didn't really do it for me. That said, I'm happy to see Yeonjun branching out and having the opportunity to try new things artistically. It's a blop for me.
