No, easily one of the most iconic songs in Kpop history, if not THE most iconic song.

Even if I'm not a huge Girls' Genaration fan and the song itself it's not a super hit, it's still a fantastic debut song when you look back on it.

People usually use "outdated" for songs that they don't like anymore, because of the old style or the sound.

For me, I like more old songs than new, not just in Kpop.

That's a weird definition. A song can be dated but be good. A song can be oldie but sound current. New song can sound dated.

Example, scooter - "how much is the fish" (1998) sounds dated but it's perfection

The prodigy - firestarter (1996) will never sound dated.

Babymonster - Sheesh sounds dated

For someone listening to it for the first time without any nostalgic attachment, it is outdated.

It's a classic Kpop song and like all classic songs, it's timeless.
