Stray Kids, The Boyz and Treasure
If you take all those characteristics into account then the answer is Ateez. They have the best vocalist of the 4th gen in Jongho. Their stage presence is unrivaled. Their other vocalists, San, Seonghwa and Yunho can hold their own, and Hongjoon and Mingi songwrite, compose and produce for the group.
If we take production into account then Stray Kids/Ateez/Treasure but I really wanna include TXT too 
so many strong groups in 4th gen
If you’re asking who my fave all around group is, then Enhypen lmfao. But bias aside, if you’re asking for overall best groups, I objectively picked Stray kids, Ateez, and TxT because they’re all full of all rounders and don’t have any non multi- talented members. Each of these groups also having amazing performance skills as well.
