Unless you're going for a "Wonyoung and the Girls" narrative to equate to Miss A's "Suzy and the Girls" situation, I don't see this comp at all.

IVE have a much bigger fandom, relative to their peers, than Miss A ever had as well. Plus they're not flopping internationally; their numbers just aren't quite at the level of their peers.

The only think they lack international promo honestly I don’t see major change this year or in the future it’s annoying but it’s what It is I guess

They got rope a doped by Hybe mid-way last year and wasted too much time and money in Korea, and Ryun whatever his name is, is working on too many songs for too many artists. I Am was successful because of Love Dive and After Like, not because it was a great song.

If things continue as they are, I think Yujin will be bigger and their Suzy in 1-2 years. Wy has her fanbase, but its peaked in SK, and Yujin has way more potential globally both body shape and facial features wise. So yes, its looking like Yujin and friends imo.

Even if it does well, they still have the fundamental issue that they are Suzy + friends. It is impossible to always have a great song every comeback for the next 5 years to overcome this problem.

In the other groups that they are competing against, literally every member is almost a Suzy. The other groups could literally churn out mid-songs (like Twice) comeback after comeback, and their fans will still be going nutz every time any member walks through a door.

Idk IVE is pretty darn successful and seems to get more famous with each comeback. Miss A on the other hand peaked with their debut and still had a successful career but never outperformed that outstanding start.
