I thought they disbanded

Is was inevitable, only 5-6 girl groups from 3rd gen will "survive" and only twice will actually continue to be active as a group, is hard to continue activities if those activities are not returning any profit.

honestly

the longest hiatus before comming back so far was VIXX. Till their new album was released some days ago it took them 5 years and 7 months since their last album.

The longest still ongoing is Block B, since they released their last album 5 years and 11 months ago (as Japanese version) but if we count the original release date of the album than its 6 years and 2 months as of now.

Their contract is gonna be over in the next year? I fear NATURE is gonna suffer same destiny and LIMBO is gonna be their last song.

Maybe they are negotiating the contract like BP

I wonder what the members do in the time being of the group's inactivity

Well I considered their last release as their last unfortunately, seriously companies with ex I.O.I members really fumbled the bag they all debuted a large group of members and only making the I.O.I members stand while the other members are just background characters

After School is still on the Pledis website

Company's already given up on them, but at least this gives Doyeon and Yoojung the freedom to do more solo activities. They group has been holding them back for too long.

Look at how Jellyfish handled Gugudan. They cut their losses and now Sejeong and Mina have been doing dramas and other things with jam-packed schedule year after year. Mina has a movie with Yoo Seon-ho that came out just last week and another highly anticipated rom-com drama with Shin Hye-sun and Ji Chang-wook next week. Needless to say Sejeong is a superstar already.

Doyeon and Yoojung both have films coming out next year and hopefully Doyeon can become the next IOI actress cos her visuals is too good to be buried like this. Yoojung has always been a variety favourite so she needs to go solo.
