The HYYH MV trilogy and Spring Day were what drew me into the fandom. So yes, their storytelling is one of their best aspects.

Have you guys read this thread? About OP’s brother who is in his 50s, who teaches Japanese literature at a Japanese university. How he discovered BTS and then learn to love and respect BTS as artists are similar to how many adult ARMYs (including me) feel.

They really do have a knack for story telling, especially with the more emotional, angst filled feelings. I don’t really look up lyrics for a lot of the groups I listen to, but I always do for BTS. I always want to know what they’re saying, and I’m almost always left amazed.

Noooo.. I really like to explore other kpop groups too and if they can suggest others with this level of storytelling similar to BTS, I would like to find out.. I know Dreamcatcher, Exo and Gfriend have something akin to BU. But not so sure about incorporating literature and arts into their lyrics and songs consistently.
