kpop songs like Bad Religion by Frank Ocean

Bad Religion is a masterpiece of confession, vulnerability and patience

I wanna hear kpop songs that approach that level of emotion, but without going all-out power ballad with it. Closest I can think of is stuff by Zion.T but he's not an idol, so I'm sure most of you will know a good RnB/soul B-side that fits this mood.

Obviously, it doesn't have to have the same subject matter

I love Pyramids as well, and I can't see anyone in kpop reaching those highs just yet

stigma works for sure, and so does First Love by Suga for that matter

Power Ballads are songs that are slow and sentimental but LOUD, usually the whole way through, no subtlety whatsoever. usually features the singer doing belting vocal acrobatics

ballads are fine IMO, just not loud power ballads with belting and pyrotechnics etc etc Bad Religion is definitely a ballad for example
