It is kinda tragic tbh. Their music is so good, it's a shame we don't have more.

This is what YG does with his popular groups. Is not BigBang have like 70 songs or something similar to that number in 15 years.

40 is overcounting tbh. It's technically only 29 original Blackpink songs, you need to add 3 featurings and all the solo songs to make 40.

Personally i think 8-10 songs per year is what groups should be going for. One full or mini album comeback of 6-8 songs and then a single with a B side per year. More than this and you start getting too many bad B side fillers and you end up running out of concepts and risk listener fatigue. Bornpink was a perfect comeback, they just needed another good and popular single to follow it.

they are a 7 year old group though Koreans are using international system now but I guess it's gonna take time for them to get used to it lol

8 years and the best thing i like about them is their variety content and vlogs lol. can't really say their music is the main selling point. it's probably just the star power of the members

I mean there's a difference between a fan and non-fan complaining about the lack of discography. One actually listens to the songs, the other doesn't. So it's obvious where the others' intention lies.
