I understand having a particular member who's your favorite but considering that this is a festival meant to be enjoyed by everyone, it wouldn't hurt to just open your heart and cheer for everyone equally.. I'm quite disappointed in this group of supposed intellectuals.

    When I first saw Aespa, I thought Karina had main character syndrome, but she actually is the main character and that's even worse. She's like every position and the center. Aespa is the "Karina and girls" group. SM set it up so that Karina is the star, Winter is the supporting character, and Ning Ning and Giselle are background to make the main two look better. I'm not surprised at all that the audience cheered the loudest for Karina because that's what SM intended to happen.

    Karina is obviously renowned for her visuals. Which is a must for It Girls in Kpop. But it wasnt until SM finally showed us what the girls' personality was like that i finally felt confident to predict her as the only challenger to Wonyoung for 4th gen It Girl. Watching her on their Synk Road YT content over the past months and seeing compliations on TW of her flirting with her fans on video fansigns...and just seeing more of her in rando varieties... You combine her striking blonde hair and face, her silky smooth and best in Aespa vocals, and the way she entertains people with her charms and personality, and you've got a dangerous and worthy challenger to Wonyoungie's crown =O .


    Starshit has to be careful here, with Kakao buying SM and probably wanting to milk SM's artists for $$$, i can easily see Kakao ordering SM to make Karina into a superstar to compete with WY. Kakao wont care who wins, whether the GP picks Karina or stays with WY, Kakao will benefit.

    Yeah, I'm not sure what moment they are talking about. In these two videos, Giselle doesn't address the crowd, so I'm not sure if it's just that the moment they are talking about wasn't in these two videos or if the crowd is chanting something in association with Karina and I just don't understand.

    She's tall, has a nice body, and somewhat striking looks with her styling. Ningning and Giselle have the more 'regular' look. While Winter is TOTALLY dependent on styling. Winter would have gotten more cheers if she had her black bob hairstyle and cool tone makeup.
