Paks are much harder to predict bc it’s only about luck/the timing, not about whether a song is a hit or which song is the bigger hit. So yours truly are gonna sit this one out and preserve my Nostradamus reputation

I've been the only one on this forum consistently ranking Idle third behind only Ive and NJ
Gidle was previously a digimon when they promote, but I wrote them off as initially I expected a stronger 1st day, plus the song isn't that good. It seems like their activities are helping the song overcome their initial hurdle.
Kakao also is their distributor now and gets 35% of revenues and gave Cube $60 million last year for the rights, so its not like they are a minor player.

Except that's what basically all the new songs did in this current period.
None of them entered above 400k, very different to NJ, After Like and Nxde back in the 2nd half of 2022.
All the songs that have rise to number 1 came from the mid 200's up to 400k. Why did you expected difference from Idle when it occured to LSF, Aespa, and even IVE's I am entered lower and rose significantly?

I think for this queencard, the negative reaction is mostly because of the lyrics. Only a handful of user found the music is bad. Heck, someone even made a thread that they admitted that this song is actually a bop, catchy. It's just the lyric that bugs users here (and some other commenters at another site)
