Besides akp users tendency to only care for big 4 (and downplaying non big4)
I think for this queencard, the negative reaction is mostly because of the lyrics. Only a handful of user found the music is bad. Heck, someone even made a thread that they admitted that this song is actually a bop, catchy. It's just the lyric that bugs users here (and some other commenters at another site)

I AM is strongly holding up to the #1 spot on FLO and they didn't move since the release of I AM
Spicy is reigning on Bugs it's their 14th day #1 there but and it's still holding strong on Melon
while QC seem to do well with Genie, but Genie is changing from QC and Spicy almost every update
they might take down Spicy on melon top 100 but they'll have to wait few days for the daily chart or 24hits
and i think it'll be hard to beat I AM on Flo and Spicy on Bugs, because both songs show great longevity in this chart
that's quite funny that these 3 songs are so close to a RAK but none of them can get it because they are blocking each other in different charts
that's what i call competition !!!
