why cant NCT Dream become as big as other boy group in US and Europe ?

1. Nct dream was never actually promoted outside of Asia till this year
2. For the most part of their career were treated like an afterthought by SM because they were a temporary unit for teen idols to promote in and graduate out of.
Given this, it's not surprising they aren't big internationally. There was no intention or effort made till now to do that.

Easy because NCT dream image music and style was not msde for a western audience. Ateez etc has that in mind it's the same reason BTS etc, exceeded in the west these particular groups have a certain music style and image that is popular overseas. Asking THIS question would be like saying how come Eminem is popular around the world but Taylor swift isn't. Obviously because of the music and image

I agree with the other comments, and as a casual NCT Dream supporter since the end of 2018 going into 2019. I don't think being big in the west is on every groups list even if its a nice accomplishment. They're a kpop group after all, many artists want to be popular in their home countries, the fact NCT Dream is so popular in Korea is a really good thing, and their stable on the charts.

Yeah, NCT 127 is definitely popular overseas with all the touring and concerts they do.
