And baekho is also another member who had a lot of popularity since appearing on produce 101

Meanwhile JR was pretty popular but because of the lack of promo his popularity decrease a lot

Aaron was never really popular in the group he was one of the least popular and also the only member to not appear on Pd101 so he didn't get a lot of attention

And Ren was also one of the meast popular member and i doubt HYBE thought that his androgynous look would make him of someone enough profitable

but what I’m trying to say if the group wanted to be together baekho and minhyun wouldn’t have renewed. Theirs always ways to be a group outside the company you started with. If they couldn’t use their name then they could have still been together with a different one. Like beast/highlight. So obviously it was up to the guys either way

I think things like SM stations and SM orchestra will be gone.

It's a shame, although those two projects were not profitable, they were helping artist communities outside kpop.
